Hi friends, did you stretch beyond the comfort zone last week? I will start today with a quote:
When in doubt just take the next small step. Paulo Coelho
One step at a time. I really want to focus on continuing what you started. So you started walking towards a goal. You get discouraged. You have obstacles. You have people against you. Your energy drains. Your feet get tired. It's going uphill. You feel like you are the only one walking. You loose sight of the goal. At that moment you need to do the next step. Just one. Just one small step. It's important to keep moving. One step will lead to another and another and before you know it, the obstacle is behind you. I know you have experienced this. I want you to call back a memory of a situation, where you thought there was no strength left, but you kept going. remind yourself of that. Remind yourself of how strong you were and how things worked out in the end. That memory can be a fuel to your path that seems so hard. What else can help you keep moving forward? At times like that, if you have put any healthy routines and habits into place, you will now see their value! These healthy routines will keep you going. For example: if you have a routine of journaling or working out daily, then you don't have to struggle to put that into place now. Your energy has to go to solving problems, so be thankful that you have put these habits into place already. This frees up space energetically and mentally to focus on solutions to the problem so you can get closer to your goal. We have all experienced how draining a problem can be. When you find yourself faced with an obstacle, remember how you overcame one last time, be thankful for the routines you have put into place and focus on the solution now. One step at a time. Need help? Message me so I can coach to take the next step.

You are loved. Deeply loved. Loved beyond measure.
Until next time, Isabelle
