Tuesday thoughts And Questions For a New Year

Hi Friends, Did you reflect over the old year? Did things surface that you need to process? Message me and I will gladly help you through it. During the start of a new year we set goals and declare big things, like the one I read this morning. It said, "This is the year of no more struggles." Really? Now I am all about a positive mindset and declaring new things over your life, but this one in particular just isn't realistic. Life is full of struggles AND victories. We can change the way we see struggles. Absolutely. But declaring the end of all struggles? No such thing. It's always... struggles and...I am becoming more defined through them difficulties and...I am stronger because of them loneliness and...I am learning to make new friends The word "AND". It helps. Try it. To help you start the new year this week I came up with a few questions that you can ask yourself. Wait for the answer that will be just for you and your life. Here we go!

  • What am I meant to let go off?

  • What am I meant to receive?

  • What am I meant to do?

  • Who am I meant to be?

  • What am I meant to start?

  • What am I meant to say yes to?

  • What am I meant to say no to?

  • What am I meant to focus on?

  • What am I meant to contribute?

  • What am I meant to envision?

  • What am I meant to accept?

  • What am I meant to not tolerate any longer?

  • What am I meant to change?

  • Where am I meant to take care of myself more?

  • Where am I meant to be kinder to myself?

  • Who and what am I meant to forgive?

  • What am I meant to learn?

You might ask why I am not having you ask yourself who you could help? Who you could love more? Who you could assist?

Because I know you, and you are doing this already. Am I right?

Had I not been introduced to life coaching, I would have never asked myself these questions.

I would be stuck in feeling miserable and hopeless.

AND now I can't imagine not having this outlook, and these questions and this new way of being.

2022 was a very difficult year for me. AND I kept going. AND I found support when needed.

This is a new year.

A new chapter.

We like the newness of it.

We like to close the old chapter. Somehow, the turn of the year gives us a reason to let go of the old and start anew.

That's why I chose the picture of the woman looking ahead with camera in hand.

It's up to us to point and focus the camera where we need and want to.

I look ahead at the new year and choose my focus.

Isabelle
