Up Level Thursday And Do it Now

Hi friends, how are you? The lovely lady on the left is no other then Terri Savelle Foy. I was lucky to be at her last conference in Orlando. Many also follow her and her weekly book club. Go to Terri's FB page and you will see her videos. This month the book she is covering is called "Declutter your way to success. " Of course I am writing this to me as much as I am writing this to you. Cause as always, decluttering books are written by those who are good at decluttering. And those who read it are not good at it. So let me, as one who finds herself in the latter category, give us all some very simple tips that you can implement right now. Sound good? -start small a professional organizer actually said to start with a sock drawer. Why? Because once that drawer looks nice and organized you get a little dopamine hit and you actually are motivated to tackle another place. You feel good and you can actually see yourself as somebody who can organize. -as you walk through your house, get into the habit of tossing what is broken or incomplete (games, puzzles, single socks...) -if you have not used it in 12 months --get rid of it. Donate it if it's stull in good shape. That applies to clothes, dishes, toys, kitchen appliances.... -get into the habit of listening to an encouraging message while you declutter As you work on the outside, God works on the inside. -set a reminder on your phone for a designated time you will declutter -then set your timer to 20 minutes You will be amazed how much you can get done in 20 minutes -do it now! decide to start this habit now. I guarantee this little habit of choosing to declutter will actually grow your confidence. Because you can see yourself as somebody who gets things done . Unlike the procrastinator you called yourself till now. By the way, nothing helps you to get rid of clutter as moving to a new location. Also join my new FB group where we encourage each other to live our dreams, even if the first dream is to declutter the sock drawer.

Where do you need to make a choice ?

How would you feel if you made that choice?

Imagine the overwhelm dissipating.
