Hi Friends,
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
To end this year, I have four questions for you to reflect on.
No matter what this year brought you...you made it. You handled everything life threw at you to the best of your ability. I applaud you and I want you to give yourself credit, also.
I like to gently ease out of the old year. All the “Crush your goals and get ready for a new year and be strong”...all that does not resonate with me at all this year. Never has. I need more reflection. More of "Hey, you're ok. You made it and you will be supported in the new year. Rest for a moment. I've got you."
Do you look back and reflect over the past year? Do you keep track of milestones and small steps throughout the year?
What were the three biggest challenges you faced this year AND what people and resources helped you through it?
In what areas did you experience your biggest growth and what have you learned through it?
What moments touched your heart and what are you thankful for?
Whom/what can I forgive and let go of?
Take out a journal or an app on your phone and start writing.
I kept it to four questions so as not to overwhelm you. What do you think? Could this be a new tradition where you take a little time out of the holiday stress and reflect?
Here is this week’s affirmation:
As I end this year, I keep my heart and mind full of hope.
Your life is a gift. Breathe and take in the moment. Please, as always, feel free to share your thoughts with me and if you know someone who could use a little pick-me-up and guidance, send them my way, it would be one of my grateful moments to see a client transform and live a more deliberate and fulfilled life!
PS: Message me for a free consult to start moving toward a more confident you.
You are loved. Deeply loved. Loved beyond measure.
Until next time,
Isabelle
