![]() Hi Friends, Did you enjoy the women we explored throughout Women’s History Month? The courageous stories, the bold choices, the moments when women stepped forward and changed what seemed possible? Well… today I saved the most important woman for last. She is accomplished, beautiful, intelligent, loving, strong, resilient, and full of quiet grace. If you could see this woman the way I do, you might fall a little bit in love with her. You might find yourself wanting to tell others about her story. You would notice her beauty, not only in her face but in the way she carries herself through life. You would feel drawn to the warmth of her energy, the kindness she extends, and the strength she holds even on difficult days. You would be curious about the path she has walked, the things she has overcome, and the wisdom she has gathered along the way. You might feel proud of her accomplishments, inspired by her resilience, and encouraged by the way she keeps showing up for life even when things are not easy. You would admire her courage—the way she learns to stand up for herself, the way she grows through challenges, the way she keeps going even when fear or doubt tries to slow her down. You might notice her generosity, her intuition, her compassion, and the quiet steadiness that so many others rely on. You might see the authenticity in her presence, the way people feel comfortable around her, the way she lifts others simply by being who she is. I could go on and on. Can you picture her? Can you feel her presence? Can you hear her voice? Now here comes the beautiful part. If you would like to meet her, it’s actually very simple. All you have to do is pick up a mirror. ( The picture above is entitled “woman looking in mirror" by Edward Munch.) Because the woman I am talking about… is you. You may not make the history books, but every single day you are doing something equally meaningful—you are working on changing yourself, growing into the woman you are meant to become. And that matters more than you may realize. You are priceless. You are worthy. You are a quiet influencer in the lives of the people around you.You are a healer in ways you may not even notice. You are a light for others. You are a woman who continues to grow, to learn, and to evolve. You care about living a meaningful life, and you seek emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. You are willing to learn, willing to reflect, and slowly learning what it means to truly respect and love yourself. You are compassionate and kind. You connect deeply with the right people. You remain open to new ideas, new experiences, and new ways of seeing the world. You allow yourself to feel your feelings, even the uncomfortable ones, and you are learning when to be gentle and when to say, “This is enough.” You take care of yourself so that what you give to others comes from a full cup rather than an empty one. You may still feel fear at times. You may still feel doubt. But you are learning that courage doesn’t mean those feelings disappear—it simply means you keep moving forward anyway. You give life. You nurture growth. You create warmth in the spaces you enter. So say it with me: I am a woman of value. Not just as an affirmation for this week, but hopefully as a truth you carry with you for the rest of your life. And if that truth still feels difficult to believe, you are not alone. Many women struggle to see their own worth because for so long we were taught to overlook ourselves while caring for everyone else. Sometimes we simply need someone to remind us. Because when a woman truly believes in her own value, something powerful happens. She stops shrinking. She stops apologizing for her existence. Her light grows brighter, and that light naturally begins to lift others. If this woman does not believe in herself, how can she uplift others? If she is depleted, how can she give? If her light is dimmed, how can she illuminate the path for someone else? So keep growing, my dear one. Keep shining. Keep becoming. Because you are a valuable woman, and if there were a magazine cover for the most important woman of Women’s History Month, you absolutely deserve to be on the front. And the beautiful truth is this: You always have. Until next time. PS: Message me for a free consult to start moving toward a more confident you.. |
You are loved. Deeply loved. Loved beyond measure.
Until next time,
